You can return the product(s) you wish to exchange or return, provided that they are unused and not resalable, with the invoice, original packaging and other accessories intact, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date you receive the order.

If you return the products you purchased, your refund will be processed minus the shipping fee.

In order for your return/exchange to be accepted, the product must be undamaged, unused, unharmed and not lost its resalability. Otherwise, your return/exchange will not be processed.
